Shipping

Each LOVEshawl® is custom made and manufactured in Southern California, we work hard to ensure you are receiving the best quality as prompt as possible. Every order is processed with special attention to detail and may take up 10 business days for production before being shipped. 

Our shipping courier is USPS.
When you place an order, our system will estimate shipping cost based on the option you choose.  

Returns

Due to this product line being fresh to the marketplace we are capable of ONLY authorizing returns for manufacture defects. Per policy, all returns must be approved by our return department and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. After obtaining approval and your RMA number the product may be returned to the address below.

You may only return merchandise due to a manufacture defect within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. In some cases but not all, we may also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to be given a refund within four weeks of your package being received.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via hello@loveshawl.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
